The reservation is valid only for the dates and specified services. Their non use enables to the establishment to retain the reservation in compensation character.

In the event of rain the attention and benefit of services is not suspended, unless the intensity of the presipitaciones makes inaccessible the one on the way to entrance to the establishment, situation that was corroborated in phone communication with the stay. Before this circumstance it will be credited for future demurrages.

Estancias & Resorts S.R.L. declares explicitly that it only acts as agent consultant between the passengers and the lenders of detailed services in the voucher. Consequently it declines all responsibility that pudiere to correspond for deficiency of the service, as well as for damages, losses, robberies, misleading, accidents, back payments or other irregularities that can happen to the fleeting gentlemen or their benefits, being the covering of the respective risks for bill of the same ones.
